Shipping Terms / Return / Exchange Policy

Because quality is very important to us, it will take approximately, two weeks, depending where you live, from the time of order, to the time the package arrives at your door.  Only because the favors and keepsakes are made to order, and they will need time to craft, and set before I ship them, to insure the best quality product to you.  It is our goal to provide you with the best possible service and products.
The “first birthday”, and christening keepsakes will ship in 5 to 7 business days.

The small pot candles, if you choose to purchase, alone, or, want to make your own favors, or keepsakes, (Hooray for you!  Go for it!), will ship in three business days. 

Should you want the Baby Bootie Instruction Sheet along with the small candle, or candle’s.  We can ship separate, or together.  Let us know your preference.   Together, they will ship in 3 business days.

The Baby Bootie Instruction Sheet will ship next business day USPS ground. Free shipping for this item.

Warning:  As with all candles caution is advised.  Keep out of reach of small children and pets.  Do not burn near anything that could catch fire.  Avoid drafts.  Container may become hot while burning candle for a long length of time.  Never leave burning candle unattended.  Do yourselves a favor is not responsible for any misuse of candles when lit.  Please use responsibly.

Return/Exchange Policy and our Commitment
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.   Plus, return it promptly, and I will replace it, or refund the purchase price.  Please return with the original packaging, and invoice provided, stating your preference.
If you are dissatisfied in any way with your purchase of the bootie favors, and keepsakes, you may feel free to return the unused product for a full refund, of the purchase price.   Please return with the original packaging, and invoice provided.   You must do so within 15 days. 
Should you wish to exchange it for another item, return your original purchase in the packaging provided along with the invoice, stating your preference, and I will see that you get your exchange as promptly as possible.
There are no returns for the hard copy and download instruction sheet.

International Orders
All orders shipped to addresses outside the United States are subject to the following conditions:  

• Your order must total a minimum of $25.00 (U.S. funds) for merchandise.
• Actual shipping charges will be added and billed to your credit card after your order has been placed.  We are required to ship “by weight”.  Most international orders fall between $20 and $35.00 for shipping.
• A processing charge of $3.00 per order will be added.
• It is your responsibility to pay all tariffs, duties, and taxes.
